Frequently Asked Questions about Cindyrella's Garden

  • Can we have more than 150 people? Yes for an extra fee, but parking is limited to 50 vehicles. We suggest renting transportation to bus your guests in.

  • What is a comfortable capacity? We suggest having 120 seated guests + your bridal party... about 135 to 150 people max.

  • What if it rains? All garden reservations include the wedding chapel, which is 10 miles south of the garden, as a back up rain plan.

  • Is there electrical power in the garden? No. Our sound system is battery powered and loud enough for a ceremony. It comes with a microphone, and allows one instrument to be plugged in. If you need more than that we suggest renting a system and a quiet motor generator.

  • Are there restrooms on site? Yes, there is a porta-potty.

  • Is there a place for the bridal party to change on site? If you’ve only rented the garden for 1 hour, it’s best you come dressed. For larger weddings, ladies can use the changing gazebo (this includes mirrors and chairs, but no power).

  • Is it wheelchair accessible? Not really. The ceremony location is on the grass, and down a gentle slope there is a golf cart to help with accessibility.

  • Can we throw petals? Real flower petals are allowed on site.

  • Can we throw rice or confetti? We would prefer you to use bird seed, lavender or soap bubbles (bubble look best in photos), to preserve the integrity of the gardens and the pond.
